Pintuck JJ Blouse Redrafted

Added Jun 22, 2013

by Cherrybell

Leicester , Unit...

Based on JJ blouse redrafted by AnaJan.

Used pintucks instead of pleats which were a bit bulky and not as neat if you can’t get the pleats even. I prefer the subtle look of the ticks.

Sleeves were redrafted to roll up cuffs.

This pattern is a size 38 but would fit someone who wears a size 40-42. I took out excess fabric at the darts by a total of 2inches. Next time will sew the original pattern without the recommended 5/8" S.A.

Material Notes

Lightweight sky blue cotton with small white pindots.

I agree! The parallel lines of pintucks work really well, And I love the buttons too! :-)

Thank you! I love the buttons too :0) I’ll have to hunt around town for more of these if I can get them.
