Description

I used Simplicity pattern 7627 from 1976 for this project. It’s possible to add pockets but I knew I’d be wearing it with a belt so I left them out.

The fabric came from a king sized sheet I found at Savers, so it’s a little stiff but freaking awesome right?! The sheet was made by a company called Lady Pepperell and apparently you can’t buy them anymore. Possibly from around the 60’s?

This was also my first REAL shirt with proper sleeves, cuffs and collar.
