Description

My second dress! This was very easy to sew because it uses only straight stitches. The elastic thread is threaded only on the bobbin. I like the ruffles that formed on the top of the dress.

Material Notes

Pretty in pink… very cute and “cotton cool” looking.

Thanks! :) I did just use elastic thread. It is very easy! You have to change the bobbin every three rows or so. Also, at the end of each row, I tied a small knot with the regular thread and the elastic thread so that the elastic would stay stretched. You should try it!

Very pretty. So you just used elastic thread to get this effect, no actual elastic? This would seem a much easier way! No measuring required – yay!
