These denim pants were made using Burdastyle 3/14 #115 pattern. I love this pattern. The only real change was that I needed to cut off two inches off the pattern hem so I wouldn’t waste fabric on the next pair. Easy to make. I found a denim with spandex which allowed for stretch. What I love is that it hits right below the navel but high enough in the back so that the waist is fitted just right. I have done other jeans patterns but this one is definitely a keeper and highly recommended. This particular issue has illustrated step by step instructions which helps anyone who has never made pants before.
1 and 5/8 yard of denim with spandex, 6 inch zipper, interfacing, 5/8 inch button
Take off with pleats, cut-outs, insets, and futuristic prints.
