Using the pattern Vogue 1170, this is a sweet but tricky blouse to make, no thanks to the fabric I chose. If you have oodles of patience, it’s okay, but if you are like me, working with silk charmeuse when there are tonnes (for me) of tiny details like french seams, tiny hems, and lots of ironing at each step, you might want to pace yourself while attempting this. Sometimes you need to walk away, before going back at it again… Especially when you have an active 2-y-old around…
