I’ve been obsessing over having a high-waisted skirt. So, I made one. I’m going to LOVE wearing this to Fashion Week! I had to add some slight little gores to the waist because I mis-cut (couldn’t get the instructions in English), but they actually added to the design. All of the seams and raw edges are serged.
