I started with a large pink t-shirt (new from op-shop, $5) and ended up with this cute top. I took it in at the sides and shoulders then reattached the shortened sleeves. I sewed elastic in the sides to get the ruched look and to cater for a growing belly. Then I added some scrap material to give some extra length.
