This was once a yellow t-shirt from Goodwill. Then I got a hold of it.
I added a white lace collar, black cuffs, lace and rickrack trim, three mismatched buttons, and a satiny attached belt with a vintage plastic buckle.

Wow, this looks so cool! And, while looking closer, I find out that it is done with some really simple alterations, but those laces and buttons have such a great effect. Really cool! The colors are also perfect!
