This is my not so new autumncoat that I made last year. I don’t know why I haven’t put it here earlier, maybe because I haven’t used it that much and got photos taken. The coat is made from cotton blend that I found from fabric store’s discount box and I fell in love with its color and pattern. I wanted to make something 60’s inspired and a-line clothes are always just too fun. I added raglan sleeves, witch I haven’t done before but liked very much, peter pan collar, flap-pockets and fabric covered buttons. I’m not entirely happy with the result, I had some problems with the front and I think that it wrinkles weirdly, but oh well it’s my first coat:) I lined the coat with cupro and it was very tricky, the fabric was like water and altered its shape all the time!
