I made a scrub top with pre-pleated edging. I used seam binding for a tie in the back and around the bottom of the top. I made some ssimple scrub pants with a drawstring and a side cargo pocket. I did not use a pattern, I used a current scrub top/bottom to trace and then altered it to meet what I wanted. I added snaps to the small pockets (not shown) after I wore it to keep things in. The little pocket is good to keep my scissors in.
