When I saw this dress pattern, I knew it was perfect for the fabric I had bought a while ago. I rarely if ever wear yellow, and as the fabric has a lot of yellow in it I was unsure, but after adding self-made pink piping I was delighted with the result!
The buttons are actually brass but I painted them in white and then pink nail polish, which matches the piping perfectly. whee! As always, I added an in-seam pocket. Cannot live without the pockets…
And I LOVE the winged sleeves. They are seriously awesome!
