My 6 year old cousin wanted a pink and black witch costume to go with a fancy hat she fell in love with in the costume store, but when we couldn’t find anything to match, I bought an adult-sized shirt and skirt that matched her color specifications and decided to combine them into a dress that was just her size.
$5 Witch hat from a costume store. Black $5 adult stretch shirt. Pink $5 adult tiered skirt. The ribbon was lying around my house because it came with the packaging of a blanket I bought previously. She gave me the idea to use it for a belt when she put it on the first time I brought the costume over to make sure it fit. I made the rose to decorate the ‘buckle’ out of scrap fabric left over from the skirt.
