I got this idea from a friend who was having a yard sale. She was making a pillow quilt for her husband for Christmas so I asked her to show me how and she did. It’s a simple way to put a quilt together using scraps of fabric and stuffing.I used some old pillows, cut them open and used the stuffing from them.Just cut squares(I used 5") but you can make your own size.Just serge up 3 sides stuff lightly and serge the end up.Then sew squares to make it as long as you like, then sew strips together.I didn’t add a border but you can if you like. These quilts are lightweight and very warm.I hope you like this creation.
