I cut 1in elastic about 2 inches shorter than the size of my waist took some grey fabric from a thrift store $1.50 a yard sewed the edges together, gathered them sewed it to the elastic sewed the back seam up, pinned all the pick-ups till i got them where i wanted then sewed them too pretty simple didnt take too long
