This dress was really simple and I really enjoyed making it with the extra fabric I had lying around. It is named after Phoebe from Friends because of the vintage boho vibe I got from the fabric.

wow, it looks great – that material is so cute and quirky!!! i’m glad the how-to was easy to follow :)… oh and with the gathered empire dress, i just used elastic for the empire waist – pretty similar to the steps in making this dress…only, instead of the bottom having the elastic, the elastic goes right under the bust…good luck!
