My first attempt at a petticoat which kinda turned out, the fabric was alright to work with although next time around I’ll make an actual casing for the elastic and use a different materal for more poof with less fabric instead of having to use more with this fabric.
p.s. please don’t mind me wearing my yoga pants…I didn’t wanna show you all my undies :P
I don't know the exact name of this crinoline but its pretty soft.
my friend helped me out with the mesusements and such which we got from an online tutorial

This looks good. I love the icy blue you chose. If you want it to be truly stiff, ask the fabric store for “crin” or crinoline. It is much stiffer than nylon net. Nylon net gets soft after it is washed a time or two- however, that is a nice look, too! Keep sewing!
