I made this for my boyfriend’s birthday – lucky it turned out the right size! I used the Anthony vest pattern. There was no instructions with the pattern but I found instructions on another site – here is the link: http://forum.threadbanger.com/showthread.php?t=13609.
Although, I think there must be an easy way to do the shoulders without having to do top stitch. Maybe when I get more experienced I can work out another way!
I used wool for the front and back (instead of lining fabric for the back). Regular lining for the inside.
