Create under collar piece which is 1/8” smaller around the curved side (not the neckline side). Lay tracing paper on top of upper collar piece.
Make dash marks with clear gridded ruler around the lower part of the collar. Use French curve to connect the dash marks. Taper back at the neckline at CF and CB
Label your pattern pieces and mark your grainlines. You will cut two of each pattern piece.
Take off with pleats, cut-outs, insets, and futuristic prints.
