i saw a black lace shirt dress in the shop for $300 dollars and i thought ‘its almost a recession and i can sew!’ so off i went to lincraft and $16 dollars later i have the exact same dress! I LOVE SEWING!!! =)
i also followed a tip from verypurpleperson and incorperated the selvedge into the hem, also saving on thread! i cut the pattern at x-large and all up the dress took about 1 hour to make – happiness!
