Because of my mid winter slump I’m still catching up on warm things to sew even though winter is gone and the weather is turning. So here is one of many on that list. it might be good for you northern Hemisphereians though.
I had seen this jumper on Urban Outfitters but I didn’t want to pay postage so here is my version. Their one has a triangle shape bib and is tighter.
Basically I cut the front piece for the pattern then worked out the shape to cut out. Then I laid some lace trimming over the double cotton fill in piece in random ways and sewed them down and then inserted the bib on to the jumper front. Easy peasy
grey fleece, plain white cotton and lots of pretty lace trimming I used Kwiksew pattern 3045

Great job! Urban Outfitters is waaaaay to expensive, especially here in Denmark. Your sweater looks great and was probably way less expensive. Well done!

I liked that sweater from Urban, but also didn’t want to shell out the cash. Your version is great! Plus, it will be so fun to be able to say you made it when all the complements come rolling in.

I love the idea, Urban Outfitters might re calculate their whole marketing strategy right now (Alekat proofed)

Postage can be insane from the states so I don’t blame you for doing your own version! I really like this jumper and you have done a great job on all the finishing stitching. :) It looks great.

Ahhh, this is sooo cute – love it! It’d be a great way to revive old/torn sweatshirts + t-shirts, and to use up odd ‘n’ ensd of scrap fabric (especially all those pretty pieces you would just hate to throw away… because they look to good to put into the trash!)
:)
