I’m enjoying the peplum trend and wanted to try a peplum top, but both the Vogue and Burdastyle pattern have a darted bodice with a high round, neckline neither of which feature I liked. New Look released a pattern for a princess seamed peplum top with a vee neckline, and I jumped! It took a few muslins (and a frankenpattern with Simplicity 2996) to get it to fit, but I’m pretty happy with the finished top.
