For the skirt I used a pattern from Burda Style Magazine: http://www.burdastyle.com/pattern_store/patterns/metallic-skirt-012013
I’ve shorten the skirt a bit, because I don’t like long pencil skirts.
For the peplum I used a technique that I saw in youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ivU_xRZAeCA
More information on my blog: http://fromhead-2-toe.blogspot.com/2013/05/hand-made-from-head-to-toe.html
To make the top you will need two types of fabric: cotton-jersey and lace. Also you will have to choose a top that fits your figure perfectly. More details and photos: http://fromhead-2-toe.blogspot.com/2013/05/hand-made-from-head-to-toe.html
For the skirt you will need 1 meter of cotton-jersey.
For the top you will need 50 cm. of lightweight strech cotton-jersey and the same amount of elastic lace.
