This pencil wrap makes a great handmade present for a crafty friend and is great for on the go artists and all it takes is an hour and a half.
cotton and linen are best suited for this project but you can use a range of techniques such as layering, crazy quilting and patchwork to create a piece of material using left over scraps of fabric. Felt is also a suitable fabric but the corners on the project may not work as neatly. There are many variations in the sense of beading, pockets and zip purses attached to the wrap.
Hit the city streets in adventurous looks with utilitarian details like cargo pockets and belts.
Twists on feminine classics, like a bold patterned shift dress and pants with a racing stripe.
