This soft jersey fabric was meant to become a jacket, but somehow it turned into a pencil skirt! Luckily it is cute and a great staple :).
I drafted the pattern myself, which was pretty easy. Just take your waist and hip measurement and use it to draw a skirt (with some negetive ease to make sure it doesn’t wrinkle too much). I made a waistband by just cutting the top part of the skirt and sewing it back on with a facing.
I’m pretty happy with the result!
