Burdastyle’s tara pattern was the first women’s sewing pattern I have used. To challenge myself and to make myself more blouses, I had a Tara Experiment Week. The objective was to use the tara pattern and create 3 tara blouses with adaptation. I loved the neckline of tara but hated the short butterfly sleeves. Peekaboo Sleeve Tara is the second tara of the week.

love the sleeves! i think only certain people are able to pull off the butterfly sleeve, it’s really cool that you’re trying alternatives. beautiful fabric too!

Very cute!! I’m not a big fan of tara’s butterfly sleeves, but love everything else about the pattern, definately an inspiration to try this sort of variation :D
