I got the fabric for this on eBay for like cheaper than chips, £4.00 incl. postage, bargin! We like a good bargin over here! I’d downloaded the burdastyle sloper dress to try out for funnsies as it looked super easy. I was the first time I’ve ever followed (actually i lie 2nd) a pre made pattern, normally i image up my own onto newspaper and hope for the best! It went amazingly, this is the proudest I’ve ever been of a zip, because the finishing is beautiful!! The pearls came from a broken primark headband and made a lovely accompaniment to the neckline (which i changed on the pattern) and later after wearing it to a friends wedding reception I decided to be difficult and add sleeves!
