Burda Style For people who sew
Description
A little felt cozy to protect a cell phone from getting scratched while in the bottom of a bag or backpack. I literally drew up the design on the fly and whipped it up in less than an hour. It’s all hand sewn, made of 100% wool felt. I chose the dimensions by measuring the face of the phone itself, and adding a cm on all sides for a seam allowance as well as to accommodate the phone width (and add a bit of give when sliding in and out). I added an extra cm at the top so if the phone does move around a bit inside the sleeve, it won’t pop out at the top. I did, however, leave it out a bit at the top when taking the pic.
