Used Colette’s free Sorbetto pattern to sew this lightweight top. Added lining since the fabric was a tad too sheer for my liking. Will definitely like to try it again using stretch fabric. The fabric was slippery and raveled quite a bit. Overlocked and French seamed the seams to control fabric. Here and there are still areas of fabric being uneven and pulled. The wonky angle of the camera seems to amplify that. Overall it’s a fantastic and enjoyable pattern to use for a quick top.
Lightweight, sheer peach fabric. Not sure what type of synthetic fabric it was but it was a gift from Indonesia.
