This is a patchwork and applique quilt for friends who’ve just had a baby. Used lots of bright colours, mainly polka dots . The fabric I chose for the back of the quilt was my inspiration. I cut out polka dot anchors, whales and fish and boats and used a tiny zigzag stitch to sew them on.
All 100% cotton

Really pretty. When I learn how to quilt, I may have to nick your design :) How long did it take you to make?
