I made this dress for my birthday party in December. I got the fabric super cheap at a discount fabric store, though I think the dress would have been better if I had used a less plain fabric for the solid portion. The back lace has a slit down the middle which is closed at the top by a vintage black button from a thrift store. The pattern was my own monster created from a few old patterns I had already.
I made custom mini party hats to fit the personalities of each of my guests. I made my party hat to match my dress. Boys got mini top hats and girls got mini princess hats.
Green lace, green cotton, elastic, one black vintage button.

I also find your fabric combination very interesting, and the color is great!
