Description

A very Parisian dress I saw in Burda 8/2009 (pattern no. 128). Just the perfect thing for a weekend in Paris. The fabric is a pinstriped wool blend and the rest will be used for a Jason-vest.

The dress looks beautiful, and suits you perfectly. I’d love to make this, but I looked at my September issue and 116 is a folklore chiffon dress… is it from the August issue(which I don’t have!)?

Sorry, sorry, sorry, dear Molly85, you’re right. It’s the August-issue, pattern no. 128. The folklore chiffon dress is the one, I’m working on right now…. Hope you can still order the August-issue. Good luck with the dress & all the best,

Hey I made this too! It is super pretty, isn’t it. But somehow, don’t you think the belt didn’t really come out as expected? Mine sort of “falls”…

Truely true, I wonder if I should use interlining to stiff it up? Or just take a belt from my private collection, though I really liked the bow…
