Description

I made Simplicity 2413 view A from a twin bed sheet I bought at target. It turned out great and was perfect for the 75 degree weather we had here in New York. I lengthened the skirt by about 4 inches (I’m definitely not a fan of the mini). I love the pockets and the pleats and it’s totally comfortable!

I usually make patterns much smaller than my measurements suggest, but this time I only went one size down. I made a muslin of the paper bag pleats at the waist just to make sure I had the right size. I’m so glad I did!

You are so in the bag with this one!

A sheet! Extra points for that namely because it doesn’t look like that’s what you used.

The length is stylish, and the medium wide tie straps add just enough interest without confusing things.

    Utterly impressed!
