I dont’ know how this kind of pants is called in english.. In Italian, the proper name is “Pantapalazzo”: they are the classical 70s pants.
Large, with a straigth leg, they are simple and quick to sew!
I have sewed this pair for my boyfriend, obsessed with hippie style ;D
