This pillow is very easy to make and can be put together to fit your needs and style.HEATING PAD: Microwave on high for 2 to 4 minutes, checking after 2 minutes. Pillow will stay hot for about 30 minutes. DO NOT OVERHEAT. ICE PACK:
Don’t worry about melting ice. Put the pillow in a ziplock bag and place it in the freezer. Great for aches and pains. Warms cold hands and feet, especially at the foot of the bed at night! Take your pillow along as you travel. Reheat at gas fill-ups. Use at outdoor sports events. Thaws frozen locks.
To clean: Put in washer and dryer.
1/4 yard of cotton blend fabric,
Dent corn (not popcorn!)
Cut four of whatever shape you want your pillow to be. Two of these pieces will basically just be the lining that doubles the thickness. It’s best that dimensions of your project be about 10 in. X 10 in. or 6 in X 18 in. for a neck warmer.
Place in microwave or freezer and enjoy!
