Cute boxer short style pj bottoms with mock fly front, lace up back, and eyelet lace trim.
Definitely some Free People influence.
I used pattern 7997B Jane, added material for the fly and cut away material from the back to add the lace.

1 yd cosy flannel with a cute print;
1.5 yds eyelet trim;
10" loopy lace trim;
1 yd cord;
two small buttons
