This blouse was the christmanspresent for my Mom. She really loved this one, because the paisleyprint is so retro, but the colored squares add a modern touch.
The last pic shows the fabric and I was thinking, how to put the pattern on it. I deciced to show on the front half paisley and half square-print. The back is full paisleyprint. The sleeves are in the front with paisleyprint and the back is again in squares.
Now I think that one sleeve should have the squareprint in the front too, so the front would be more interesting and constant. Well, I have got more fabric so I can sew another blouse.
My Mom loves the blouse anyway! :)
The pattern:
I really love this pattern. It is easy and you can use it for such really nice fabricprints like mine. So they can show their hole beauty. In monocrome you could add a peter pan collar or something to pimp this blouse.
I think even novize could sew this one.
