I’ve always wanted to make a halter dress but I was kind of worried about bust coverage. Anyways, I found Burdastyle’s 4/2013 #121 pattern and had to try it. It was kind of low so I sewed up the center quite a bit. If I hadn’t there would have been a wardrobe malfunction. I love the circle skirt and there wasn’t too much hemming to cut away.
I tried to find a bandana print fabric at the store but this paisley print was the best I could do. I just can’t wait to wear it in the summer. It’s so easy to make too.
2 yards linen, 16 inch invisible zipper, four 5/8 inch buttons, lining for the bust portion, interfacing
