A suit made of olive green linen.
I used the Eva pattern with several modifications, including a widened neckline, addition of shoulder darts, a shawl collar, lengthening and rounding the of the jacket hem, lengthening of the cuffs, and addition of a belt with a button and tie closure.
I also used the Sidonie pattern with the ruffle from the Sidonie variation I tutorial. I added elastic to two casings sewn from the back seam allowance to gather the back.
This creation is named after the Painted Lady Butterfly, because sometimes you just need to fly away.
