This is a dress that I am making for a ball themed, pack stack and wrap.
It’s just a simple strapless dress with blue packing tape (shrapping as some call it) attached.
Calico, blue an white packing tape, a tulle underskirt, white wig, gloves and shoes. the footless tights are for warmth.
My sore hands, because that stuff cuts. And all the people that helped me source the packing tape.
All the people that enjoyed trying to hang things from it at the ball. :)

thank you, I did end up using poly boning in the lining because the packing tape is very brittle and can break if the stitching is too tight.
