I created this about a year ago for a convention. It was a rush job, so its not perfect. I only did Mrs. Pac man and the pink ghost. I wanted to embelish it more and make it like we are from the Victorian times, just never got around to it.
Material Notes
Mrs. Pac Man: Yellow denim corset with black and white ribbon. Black cotton skirt and yellow satin sash. Pinky (ghost) Pale and bright pink cotton dress. Bright pink and blue sash. Hats: Kid's Craft foam, felt, and hot glue =)

turn out really well regardless of the rush job – so many professional costumes are dodgey up close! so dont stress :p quite fond of the hat!

thanks! the hat was actually the hardest part to make- though i think its just cuz my mind doesn’t think like that =)
