This dress was made last summer. I was walking down the market and saw some cheap long granny skirts (the modern versions being called maxi skirts I guess) and since I had spare change I bought them because the material had potential. This skirt had buttons going down the middle.
I decided to keep the buttons in the middle and added elastic at the waiste and at the back and hemmed the front top into that shape, and I eneded up with this dress.
