I needed a break from making clothes and go back to my sewing roots and make silly cute things for my house. So one sleepless night later Owlets were created. They are based on some door stops I made as presents last Christmas. They are filled with lavender to aid sleep, so I can hang them on the bed, or put in cupboards or drawers to keep moths at bay.
Owlet is made of upcycled clothes, left over fabric scaps, bondaweb, spare buttons, embroidery thread, left over ribbon, toy stuffing and dried lavender flowers from my garden.
