Description

This was what my dd wanted to be for Halloween and she showed me a couple of pictures that she found. I made it entirely of fabrics from my stash.. scraps etc. It cost nothing to make, and was fairly straightforward. I put in an invisible zip and the elastic straps on the top.

Material Notes

cotton,wool,lame, (pronounced lamay) thread, felt etc.

    I’ve seen so many owl things lately… jewelry, decorations, even a music artist called Owl City!!! Today at school I spent an entire period trying to design an owl dress, and now I come across this adorable skirt!! Its destiny, I swear!!! You did a fantastic job. Super cute! I’ll definitely be starting my owl dress soon XD

    I love this, I’m just considering how I could make it for me to wear on a daily basis! I’m thinking of doing it in a brown corduroy with a yellow chest/front and orange felt!

      Thanks! I really want to post my vintage (1920’s) repro bridesmaid gown from several colors of silk chiffon that I made for someone last summer. The pix are on my lap top though, so I would have to post from there! LOL.
