Hamilton, New Ze...
My mum made me this coat from some material she’d been given by a family friend before they passed away. She made it from a Burda pattern – but since all our magazines are in boxes (my mum just moved house) I can’t tell you which one (I think it was from the 2000’s).
Its got the world’s biggest pockets, massive collar and sleeves and lots of drawstrings. The outside is nylon (guess) and the inside is lined with cotton. It’s pretty good for rainy days when I have to walk to uni, but don’t need a thick coat.
Hit the city streets in adventurous looks with utilitarian details like cargo pockets and belts.
Twists on feminine classics, like a bold patterned shift dress and pants with a racing stripe.
