I made this jacket during my intermediate apparel construction class. I altered an existing pattern from Built By Wendy. The original fit was a bit boxier in the bodice so I added some darts in the back, and jazzed it up with piping and ruffles using a crazy-looking ruffler attachment for my machine. The appliques are vintage.
Stretch cotton, piping made of ribbon and cording, ruffles with serged edge, unlined.
