Inspired by MissLivia’s, Figamadood’s and Cam557’s fabric necklaces and by extension, Craftymeg’s tutorial, I couldn’t wait to whip up an origami fabric necklace of my own! The fabric is a cotton floral print, the cord I had laying around from another necklace. This was an easy and fun project and I love how quickly I had a unique piece for summer.
I plan to make more as gifts for friends and family!

Nice necklace! I like the fabric you used and the overall shape you made with all the squares. Also thanks for linking to my project, and I’m sorry I didn’t respond to your question (I only just noticed it, arg!).

Thanks! I love your necklaces- the fabrics you chose were so lush! No problem about the question though, I ended up stitching the corners, but thank you again for the inspiration!
