I have attended so many weddings this year and still have so many to come that I wanted to take the opportunity to make a couple of the outfits I would need in order to maintain variety! I found this fab ‘Cynthia Rowley’ pattern through Simplicity and a great floral on black cotton. By putting up my hair in a top bun and adding a bow…I think the whole thing ended up looking quite Japanese! Worn here with flip flops when in fact I made it long enough for heels please excuse the gathering at the bottom!
Floral print cotton. Easy to work with...little difficult to dance in with no real give!

I love your version of this dress. Beautiful. Making it full length made it more formal, perfect for your upcoming weddings

Thank you…I thought it a bit more dressy this way…and got lots of compliments on it too when I wore it! x
