This is the result of several trips to thrift stores. I really do like it, but am curious how others will like it. There is a magnetic clasp and an interior welted pocket of contrasting fabric.

The floral is outdoor canvas so I needn't worry about mildew!!! The dark brown is some kind of velveteen. The flower is handmade by melting the edges of synthetic fabric and colored with an orange highlighter. The piping is pretty old. I picked up the unopened package at a thrift store for 25 cents which is kinda funny since the original price was 17 cents.

this is my fav because i like the vintage material! i bought a unfinished quilt at an estate sale and there are pieces of that fabric in different colors on it.
