Description

I wanted to make a neck piece that would need no introduction….obviously. I used jersey to make an overabundance of fringe, and POOF there you have it. :) The skirt is made from a pillow case I picked up at the thrift, no pattern, used the hemmed part of the pillow case for waist and gathered the rest to fit.

    How did you finish it in the back? Or you just pull it over? I’m gonna make one I LOVE IT! Plus you added the brooch… FIRYAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!

      Thanks! I just looped a long piece of jersey through the neck area so I am able to adjust & tie it in the back. I would love to see yours when you finish.
