So I took the suggestions everyone made on this creation: http://www.burdastyle.com/creations/show/14483
I cut off the sleeves and made it a tube top — had to use a elastic band to make the top smaller so that it will stay there without a strap. I also put elastic wide hem band at the bottom. I now LOVE this dress!!! Thank you to
